The insurance company will inform us when the claim has been reported and who the Claims Adjuster is. We will monitor the progress of the claim.
If at any point you feel that we should get involved to help with the process or you need to discuss anything with us, please contact us. As your insurance broker we represent you and have your best interest at heart.
The Claims Adjuster will work with you to provide information and compensation according to the policy terms and limits. Claims situations vary from case to case.
If a cheque is sent to us we will contact you to make arrangements for pick-up or delivery.
