Call the insurance company or call us<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWhen you call the insurance company directly to report a claim, please be prepared to do the following:\n

  1. Provide your policy number<\/li>\n \t
  2. Describe the situation in detail \u2013 accident or damage. (times, circumstances etc.)<\/li>\n \t
  3. Note the name of the Claims Associate you have talked to and a Claim Number if you are given one.<\/li>\n \t
  4. Once the claim is reported a Claims Adjuster is assigned to your case and will contact you directly.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Communicate with the Claims Adjuster<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    The Claims Adjuster will work with you to get you back on your feet quickly.<\/p>

    The insurance company will inform us when the claim has been reported and who the Claims Adjuster is. We will monitor the progress of the claim.<\/p>

    If at any point you feel that we should get involved to help with the process or you need to discuss anything with us, please contact us.     The Claims Adjuster will work with you to provide information and compensation according to the policy terms and limits. Claims situations vary from case to case.<\/p>
